Well, I am so glad you left me a comment so I could find your fun blog!
Love your Santa list. So thoughtful to give him time to get all that you wish for made/bought. ;)

I want to learn how to sew next year! This last year I have been working on photography, and next year I want to master (aka learn the basics) sewing.

Can I make a suggestion on the lens you want? Check out the Nikon 24-70mm 2.8 or the tamron version which is 1/3 of the price (and I have the tamron and it is fabulous!) Tamron for Nikon is the 28-75mm 2.8 . It is a great zoom lens with a wide open aperture. Now I don't want any lens that isn't at least a 2.8 or lower.
The 18-200 is a nice lens though too. Especially for outdoors. :)

Nice to meet you. Adorable blog.
Love your profile picture.

I love your list- you are a riot :)
As far as the food goes- it's completely different. I think it's much better here than in America, and I'm a pretty picky eater. It isn't gross meat heavily breaded, deep fried and dunked in some kind of thick sugary sauce like it it in most run of the mill restaurants in America. Here is a post I did a while back about the food here (this was before we actually lived here so the obsession has started to wear off a little, but we still love it).

You should definitely take advantage of meals with girls to get it since your husband hates it!
(ps- finished my bird- not quite as cute as yours, but i'll put it up soon!)

becca,

i'm totally with kim, no TVs in the bedroom. there was actually a study that couples who don't have TVs in their bedroom have more quality time together... and more of other things too ;)

but if you must get one, go to target at 4am on friday... huge sale on flat screen tvs!

hope you get everything!

Every couple is different and has unique needs. Only you and Trevor know what is best in your relationship. There's no 'cookie cutter' way to healthy marriage. If there was, why would so many marriages end in divorce?

Continue to seek to put the Lord first in your relationship and put Trevor above yourself and you'll be just fine.
