i made a scarf.

yup. i did.

and it cost me about 3 bucks too.

i was blog surfing (per usual) and came across a new blog: cory's inexpressible& glory. she had a really easy/fun infinity scarf tutorial. so i thought... i can TOTALLY do that! and off i went to hancock's.

there i found this fabric for about 3 dollars:

 i basically tried to cut it in a decent rectangle shape then began sewing the edges.

finished product!

please ignore the "something stinks" smile... not sure what that's about.

it was only a half yard, so it i fairly short when doubled up, but i really like it! and want about 67 more of them. i could probably have made out of that fabric!

also, this past weekend i was able to take some engagement pictures of one of my nest friends and her fiance! it was so fun and they are so cute! here are a couple for funsies.

and there are SO many more to come! :)
