bagel day!

today is bagel day at sky ranch!!! we got free bagels and cream cheese courtesy of linda and lee ann. WOOHOO. i love bagels. but more inmportantly, i love cream cheese. honey almond, strawberry, regular, i love them all!! and in honor of bagel day, a BOGO coupon for Einstein bagels popped up on one of the blogs i follow: www.moneysavingmom.com check it ouuuuuut!

anywhoooooo. lets talk about my weekend.
1. COR leadership weekend. i ate tons of bad food for me all weekend long. but i got to see lots of sky ranch summer staff and that was REAL fun.
2. Emily watkins and i decided to go to tyler on saturday and mess around with shooting and editing some pictures. it was great because we took everything on manual and figured out some cool editing styles. THEN we found out that we get to do laura jared's wedding together!!! so fun that we get to shoot her wedding! I have a flash to order!!! :)
3. Jill invited us to tag along while she shot kelly and malcolm's engagements! we learned about how to make them feel comfortable and i learned alot about scenery/backgrounds. you can make ANYTHING cute. jill didn't have aplan for most things but just said.... umm, lets do this! and it worked. it is freeing to just do something and not worry about whether it is edgy, artsy, or cute enough! it'll work out!

so basically this weekend was a HUGE weekend as far as photography and food were concerned. i am real excited about getting more in to pictures and editing and the like.

also, my friend allison is in spain and i am so excited for her. even though she seems to be surrounded by jersey shore type people, i think she is going to do an excellent job loving on them and being a light on a hill. and she better bring me back a souveneer!!! :)

also, a little bit later on... like after lunch, i will post pictures from this weekend. GET EXCITED!

finally, i want some new casserole recipes. if any one has a good one or has a link to a good one, please send it my way!!!
