1. to take more pictures of everyday life and hangouts with friends.
2. develop my skill by shooting everyday.
3. have something to blog about. :)
so. here is the first week. i'll post the second week later on. enjoy?
picture # 1: new candle holder from hobby lobby! and it is electric so no risk of fire! (much to trevor's delight. he actually wants to obey the contract we have at sky ranch that we won't burn candles. hmph.)
picture # 2: craftiness. i used our left over thank you cards from the wedding, and an engagement photo, spray painted a frame and now this is in our guest room! i also did the same thing with our wedding invitations and a picture from the wedding. i had so many invites/thank-yous left over, i am looking for ANYTHING to do with them. any idea?
picture # 3: trevor is NOT naked. he is sicky. wrapped in a blanket, probably trying to "sweat it out" aka... the only medicine that "works" according to him.
picture # 4: okay. i get that this is not a good picture. one you would typically delete. however. i was lazy and forgot to take one DURING bible study at jills. so i took one leaving jill's. don't hate.
picture # 4: two books by my nightstand. haven't really dug into it yet, but i'm excited about "life together", a book about real community. then is our "moments" book. our nightly devotional. i LOVE it. haven't done it in a while though.... :(
picture # 5: date night! we went to julian's ( a little pf changs kind of) and then we bought our flat screen. see below. and then we went to a cheap parking lot carnival!! one of the best nights ever!
picture # 7: our 42", 120 hz, 1080p, lcd FLAT SCREEN! it is love.

hey! for our leftover invites i took 4, punched holes on the sides, looped ribbon (twine for other ones) through the holes and made a "candle shade"

#3-Well... did it work? sweating it out? I have never taken that approach
#4-I think it's still a decent pic! I was proud of myself for knowing where it was before i read about it
#5-I've been wanting to read life together! The trail guides all read it last year and I think it helped them build some good community. You could tell the H-Hut girls what you learned. haha
#6-remember when we went to the carnival like 2 or 3 years ago and talked about making out?? haha. Trevor's hat it super cute!
